Cancellation & Refunds

Standard tours

• More than 72 hours before departure: cancel for a full refund, or move your date free of charge.
• 24–72 hours before departure: 50% refund, or a free date change subject to availability.
• Less than 24 hours before departure, or no-show: no refund. Your guide and photographer are already booked for you.

Private and premium days

Private experiences are built around suppliers we book in advance. Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable to another date within 12 months if you tell us at least 14 days before departure. Cancellations inside 14 days are charged in full.

Weather

Miami rain usually passes; we run in light rain and simply adjust the route. If conditions are unsafe or a storm warning is in effect, we cancel and you choose between a full refund or a free transfer.

If we cancel

You always get the choice of a 100% refund or another date. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

How to cancel

Reply to your confirmation email with your booking reference, or email the address in the footer. The timestamp of your email is what counts.
