When you book, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, party size, chosen date and any notes you send us. When you join the launch list, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your name. Our website may also collect anonymous usage statistics through analytics tools.
Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card details. PayPal processes your payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
To confirm and run your tour, to send you your meeting point and photos, to answer your questions, to meet accounting obligations, and — only if you opted in — to send occasional news about new tours. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Only the service providers we need to operate: our booking and database host, our email delivery provider, and PayPal. We never sell your data.
Booking records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Launch-list entries are kept until you unsubscribe.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address in the footer and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
