Tours are operated by the tour operator named in the footer of this website ("we", "us"). We are an independent tour operator. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any video game publisher, developer, studio, or entertainment brand. All tours are walking and driving tours of publicly accessible locations in Miami, Florida.
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email containing a booking reference. Prices are quoted in US dollars per person unless stated otherwise. Depending on the tour, we may take the full amount or a per-person deposit at the time of booking; the exact amount due today is shown before you pay. Any remaining balance is due before the tour starts.
You can move your date free of charge up to 72 hours before departure, subject to availability. Increases to your party size are subject to remaining seats and charged at the current rate.
We may cancel a departure for reasons including severe weather, unsafe conditions, insufficient bookings, or events beyond our control. In that case you can choose a full refund or a free transfer to another date. We are not liable for travel, accommodation or other costs booked separately.

Guiding, the stated route, and (where the tier says so) professional photos delivered as edited digital files. Food, drinks, personal expenses, gratuities and anything described as an optional add-on are not included unless purchased.
Tours involve walking outdoors in a hot, humid climate. You are responsible for judging your own fitness and for bringing water, sun protection and suitable footwear. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. We may end a tour without refund for behaviour that is unsafe, abusive, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Photos taken by our photographers are delivered to you with a personal-use licence. We may also use a selection for our own marketing. Tell your guide at the start of the tour if you prefer we do not, and we will respect that.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Miami-Dade County have jurisdiction.
